Viognier

Marked by a mild winter followed by a warm spring and summer, at times marked by heatwaves, the vegetative cycle advanced by around two weeks. Dry conditions encouraged the development of small, highly concentrated berries, while the September rains demanded meticulous precision in determining the harvest dates.

The 2025 vintage stands out for its fine balance, freshness, and aromatic richness. The whites display tension, pronounced minerality, and remarkable brightness.

After a delicate pressing followed by cold settling, the musts are carefully racked off and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic potential of the Viognier. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, allowing the wine to retain its natural, vibrant freshness. The ageing takes place exclusively in stainless-steel tanks, in respect of the fruit and the purity of the grape variety.

This cuvée captivates with its luminous color, enhanced by elegant golden highlights and remarkable intensity.

The nose reveals the full expression of the grape variety through a rich and generous bouquet, combining exotic fruits, candied citrus, and delicate notes of peach and apricot.

On the palate, the attack is both fresh and smooth, offering a beautifully balanced interplay of vibrancy and roundness.

The tasting experience unfolds harmoniously into a refined finish, marked by subtle hints of dried fruit that bring depth and lasting aromatic persistence.
