Crafted from a blend of vineyard plots located in the southern part of the appellation, in the heart of the historic villages of Saint- Joseph, François de Tournon represents a pure, honest and vertical expression of the Syrah grape. Enticing and sunny, it reveals a wonderful aromatic complexity supported by an elegant, lithe structure. A wine of character, built for cellaring, it will gain depth and nobility over time.

Here, the soil is identitcal to one of Hermitage, born from the same original massif that the Rhône and time have separated into two distinct mountains. The François de Tournon cuvée is born at the heart of these rugged landscapes, on steep granite slopes proudly overlooking the river.
