Use of the Site by any person (hereinafter “you” or the “user”), whatever the purpose of their visit, is governed by these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “Terms & Conditions of Use”). The purpose of the Terms & Conditions of Use is to define the conditions for access to, browsing and use of the Site.

By accessing and using the Site, you unreservedly accept the application of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

We reserve the right to modify and/or update these Terms & Conditions of Use by publishing a new version on our Site. We therefore invite you to consult them regularly.

To access the Site, you must have reached the minimum legal age required for the consumption and/or purchase of alcohol under the legislation in force in your place of residence (the highest applicable age being taken into consideration). If no legal age exists in your place of residence, you must be at least 18 years old to access the Site.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Site, its content or the services offered on the Site, without prior notice and, to the extent permitted by law, without this giving rise to any compensation for any user.

Each user of the Site warrants that they:

• where applicable, provide data that is accurate, truthful and up to date.

Users are prohibited from making any statements and/or acting or purporting to act in the name of and/or on behalf of the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, for any reason whatsoever.

Users must behave on the Site in a responsible, lawful, courteous and respectful manner with regard to the rights of other Site users, the Company, its affiliates and third parties.

Users must notably refrain from:
• uploading to the Site, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material containing software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

• undermining or attempting to undermine the operation of the Site, notably by exposing the Site to a virus, causing a consultation overload (bandwidth), overloading the server, sending “spam” or overloading the Site’s messaging service;
• consulting confidential Company information not intended for them or accessing a server or account operated by the Company to which they are not authorized to access;
• seeking to evaluate, ascertain or test the vulnerability of the Site, and/or breaching the Site’s security or authentication measures without the Company’s prior written consent;
• engaging in any illegal activity or any other activity likely to prejudice the rights of the Company, its suppliers, service providers, retailers, advertisers or other persons, or inciting third parties to engage in such activities;
• uploading to the Site, transmitting, posting or otherwise making available unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters or any other form of solicitation;
• uploading to the Site, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that the Company reasonably considers, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, obscene, threatening, violent, contrary to accepted standards of decency, infringing a person’s privacy, insulting or shocking, notably from a racial or ethnic point of view, or any other objectionable content;
• emailing or otherwise transmitting any content from the Site to persons who have not reached the legal age for consuming and/or purchasing alcohol in their place of residence or who reside in a place that restricts or prohibits advertising for alcoholic beverages.

Each user agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules and procedures relating to online user behaviour and the transmission of technical data.

Where applicable, and to the extent permitted by law, the Company may terminate a user’s right of access to the Site at any time if the user fails to comply with the obligations incumbent upon them under applicable law, the Terms & Conditions of Use and/or any other document, without prejudice to the Company’s right to claim damages.

5. WEBSITE CONTENT PROTECTION

5.1 COMPANY CONTENT
The Site, taken as a whole, and each of its component parts (such as texts, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, images, videos, diagrams, soundtracks, logos, trademarks, designs and models), including the software elements necessary for the operation of the Site, databases and newsletters (hereinafter the “Company Content”), may contain confidential information and data protected by intellectual property law or any other applicable law. Thus, unless otherwise stated on the Site, the intellectual property rights to the Company Content are the exclusive property of the Company, or of third parties who have granted it a licence, and the user is not granted any licence or any right other than that of consulting them on the Site.

Any reproduction and any use of copies of the Company Content made in whole or in part for commercial purposes, in any manner whatsoever and in any form whatsoever, are expressly prohibited.

Users are also prohibited from copying, modifying, creating a derivative work, assembling, decompiling, assigning, sublicensing or transferring in any way whatsoever any right pertaining to the Company Content or the Site.

The databases appearing on the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction or reuse of the content of the databases appearing on our Site is subject to sanctions.

5.3 TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS
The trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are registered trademarks of the Company or third parties. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without express authorization and in violation of the prohibitions set forth in the French Intellectual Property Code shall incur the liability of the offender.

Other distinctive signs, including company names, trade names, signs and domain names reproduced on the Site, are the property of the Company or third parties, and any reproduction without express authorization may constitute misappropriation and incur the liability of its author.

7. LIABILITY

The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available to users on the website.

The Company provides access to the website free of charge and, to the extent permitted by law, disclaims all liability, including in the following cases:
• for any interruption of the website;
• in the event of bugs, computer viruses, display or download errors;
• for any inaccuracy or omission relating to the Company Content available on the website;
• for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party; and more generally
• for any direct or indirect damage, whatever its causes or consequences, that may arise following access to the Site and resulting from any information originating directly or indirectly from the website.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Terms & Conditions of Use, as well as the Information Notice on the processing of Personal Data & Cookies to which reference is made herein, are governed by French law.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, any dispute relating to the Content and use of the Site shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, including in the event of a warranty claim, proceedings involving multiple defendants, summary proceedings or proceedings on petition.

9. GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

In accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men within the company, Maison Delas Frères calculated its Gender Equality Index for 2026 based on 2025 data and achieved an overall score of 91/100, broken down by indicator as follows:

• The pay gap between women and men, calculated on the basis of the average remuneration of women compared with that of men,
by age group and equivalent job category (36 points out of 40);
• The gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men (35 points out of 35);
• The percentage of female employees who received a salary increase within the year following their return from maternity leave, where salary increases occurred during the period in which the leave was taken (15 points out of 15);
• The number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten employees receiving the highest remuneration (5 points out of 10).

In accordance with Decree 2022-748 of April 29, 2022 relating to consumer information on the environmental qualities and characteristics of waste-generating products – Article 13-I of the AGEC Law.
