THE VINEYARDS

THE ROOTS IN THE RHONE VALLEY

The Rhône Valley has a distinctive winegrowing identity. Few regions unite two distinct souls so powerfully, making the Rhône Valley one of the most diverse, complex and iconic wine landscapes in the world.

THE NORTHERN RHÔNE

To the north lies the Northern Rhône, a land of vertiginous slopes and legendary appellations such as Hermitage, where we have built our reputation on the Syrah grape grown on granite soils. Accounting for only around 6% of the valley’s total production, the Northern Rhône has a semi-continental climate and a deeply rooted tradition of producing elegant, well-structured single-varietal wines.

THE SOUTHERN RHÔNE

To the south lies the Southern Rhône, where a Mediterranean climate prevails, creating a true mosaic of terroirs and grape varieties, with up to 13 varietals permitted in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Here, we bring our full expertise to the art of blending and ageing, drawing out the power of the terroirs while preserving the elegance that defines its style.
